SHIPPING & HANDLING

On occasion JEDA Jewelry may offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. We  ship via UPS, FEDEX or USPS for all domestic packages.

The processing time for stocked orders is 3-7 business days after that delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days.  The processing time for special and customized orders can take up to 12 weeks to prepare and after that delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days.  Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by our carriers  and/or their partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
